The Company pays for short-term and long-term disability for employees as well as a life insurance policy equivalent to one time an employee’s annual salary.
Paid Time Off (PTO) is accrued each pay period, paid holidays, floating holidays, sick leave and bereavement leave are also provided each year as we understand how important life-work balance is for our employees.
Employees also are encouraged to participate in our 401k plan which includes a company match and 100% vesting from the first date of hire.
