Stabilis was founded in 2013 with the vision of providing low cost, abundant, and environmentally friendly natural gas solutions throughout North America. Today we are a leading producer, marketer and distributor of liquefied natural gas (LNG), serving a wide range of customers with portable, temporary and permanent solutions.

Together with its partners, Stabilis has been distributing LNG to customers since 2006 and has been one of the early industry pioneers developing the small scale LNG production and distribution markets in North America.

Stabilis is headquartered in Houston, TX with a state-of-the-art LNG facility in George West, TX. Together with our network of production and distribution partners, we’ve delivered more than 25,000 deliveries and over 250 million gallons of LNG across the U.S., Mexico and Canada.

Our QHSE commitment

Stabilis is committed to attaining the highest standards of quality, health, safety and environment (QHSE) in all aspects of its business. Our policy emphasizes the following primary actions to ensure we comply with applicable QHSE laws and regulations:

  • Demonstrate leadership and accountability by making QHSE management a primary line management responsibility;
  • Regularly communicate with our owners, employees, business associates, contractors, and vendors regarding our QHSE goals and expectations;
  • Recruit, select, and retain high caliber, responsible individuals to create and maintain a workforce that competently executes our QHSE policies;
  • Ensure effective employee participation in QHSE management through recognition and incentive programs;
  • Identify, communicate, and manage the hazards with which we work and ensure the risks we face are reduced to levels that are as low as reasonably possible;
  • Establish clear emergency planning, response and preparedness procedures for people working in our offices, shops, and at our well site locations; and
  • Regularly evaluate and update of our health, safety and environmental policies.

Casey Crenshaw
Founder, Executive Chairman, and Chairman of the Board

Casey is Founder, Executive Chairman, and Chairman of the Board at Stabilis. He is recognized for building and managing numerous multi-billion dollar companies in the energy, manufacturing, rental equipment, financial services, plastics, and real estate sectors.

Jim Reddinger
President and Chief Executive Officer

Jim has helped multiple leadership positions with Stabilis including CFO, COO and CEO since the company was founded.

Jim Aivalis
Chief Operating Officer

Jim has over 35 years of experience in the energy industry. He was formerly CEO of Prometheus Energy and ThruBit, and had previous careers with Tenaris and Schlumberger.

Andy Puhala
Chief Financial Officer

Andy was formerly CFO of ERA Group, AETI and AccessESP and has held other senior finance roles in the energy sector including a career at Baker Hughes.

Koby Knight
Senior Vice President, Operations, Engineering and Construction

Koby is an Engineering executive specializing in LNG production and LNG /CNG fueling stations as an executive at Clean Energy Fuels. He has built multiple LNG production facilities and fueling stations.

Matt Barclay
Senior Vice President, Business Development

Matt has 20+ years’ experience in LNG production and distribution, as well as experience in the CNG and renewable natural gas markets.

Steve Stump
Senior Vice President, Sales

Steve brings to Stabilis 45+ years’ sales experience in the cryogenic and compressed gas industries. He has helped sales leadership positions at multiple companies.
